Makusiu, to zdecydowanie moje nr1, jeśli chodzi o ciasta z rabarbarem. Wszystko jest takie jak powinno. Kruche jest kruche, nie robi się ciapate od rabarbaru, a sam rabarbar w połączeniu z żółtkami i śmietanką ma taki szlachetniejszy smak. Nie leżało długo, ale do końca beza na wierzchu była chrupiąca. Myślę, że zamiast rabarbaru można by dodać młody agrest, pewno niedługo już będzie :)

Bajaderka już dość dawno temu podawała ten przepis http://www.mniammniam.com/Ciasto_z_rabarbarem_i_truskawkami__-1810p.html dodając do rabarbaru truskawki.

Przepis być może podobny, ale nie taki sam. Ilości się różnią i przepis na ciasto kruche jest inny
