Krwawe ziemniaczki Nigelli

Ingredients:

Składniki:

- 6 dużych ziemniaków;
- 2 kulki mozzareli, każda po 125 g;
- ketchup.

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowanie:

Ziemniaki umyć i przekroić każdego na pół. NIE OBIERAĆ! Tak przygotowane ziemniaki wstawić do nagrzanego do 180 stopni piekarnika i piec przez godzinę. Po upieczeniu ziemniaki wyjąć z piekarnika. Ich wnętrza wydłubać do dużej miski, tak aby z ziemniaków i ich skorupek pozostały formy do wypełniania. Do miąszu z ziemniaków dodać dwie kulki mozzarelli i ketchup (około pół szklanki) i dokładnie zagnieść aby całość tworzyła jednolitą masę. Tak przygotowanym farszem wypełniać skorupki od ziemniaków i na wierzch polewać odrobiną ketchupu.

Przed podanie włożyć na 15 minut do piekarnika nagrzanego do 225 stopni.

Tak, też widziałam ten przepis Nigelli, zdaje się że tematycznie było przyjęcie Hallowen dla dzieci. i całe menu było w tym charakterze jak krwawe ziemniaczki. Straaaszne :)
