Kurczak w cieście w sosem słodko - kwaśnym

Ingredients:

Składniki:

podwójna pierś z kurczaka
przyprawy: curry, kolendra, imbir
3/4 szkl. mąki
1/2 szkl. wody
2 jajka
olej do smażenia
sos słodko-kwaśny w torebce lub słoiczku (co by było szybciej :P )
ryż

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowanie:

Kurczaka kroimy w niedużą kostkę, nacieramy curry, kolendrą, imbirem i zostawiamy na noc w lodówce.
Na następny dzień myjemy jajka, oddzielamy żółtka od białek (białka do lodówki).
Zółtka łączymy dokładnie z mąką, wodą na gładkie ciasto.
Odstawiamy na jakieś 20minut na odpoczynek.
Po tym czasie schłodzone białka ubijamy ze szczyptą soli i łączymy delikatnie z ciastem.
Na głęboką patelnię lub rondelek (może być i frytkownica) wylewamy olej i mocno rozgrzewamy.

Kawałki kurczaka moczymy w cieście i smażymy kilka minut na złoty kolor.
Kurczaka podajemy z sosem słodko- kwaśnym i ryżem :)
