jak sie karmelizuje cukier?

Nalezy cukier podgrzewac w garnku, az do rozpuszczenia. Trzeba ciagle mieszac, zeby sie nie przypalil. Jak zacznie sie pienic, jest juz skarmelizowany i trzeba go jak najszybciej wykorzystac.
