Ingredients:

1 litr mleka
8 łyżek kaszy manny
6 łyżek cukru
2 opakowania cukru waniliowego (po 16g)
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
25 dag lekko rozmrożonych truskawek + 2 czubate łyżki cukru
2 owoce kiwi+1 czubata łyżka cukru

Prepare instructions:

Truskawki lekko rozmrożone zasypać cukrem (2 łyżki) i odstawić. Kiwi obrać, pokroić w kosteczkę i posypać łyżką cukru.
Mleko zagotować, wsypać kaszę mannę mieszając i gotować 2 minuty. Wsypać cukier i cukier waniliowy i odstawić na 10 minut.
W tym czasie blenderem zmiksować oddzielnie truskawki i kiwi.
Po 10 minutach garnek z kaszą manną wstawić do zimnej wody, wsypać do manny proszek do pieczenia i miksować przez ok.5 minut.
Do przezroczystych naczyń wkładać po ok. 2 duże łyżki manny, polać musem truskawkowym. Na mus nałożyć kolejne dwie łyżki manny. Na wierzch warstwami rozlać mus z kiwi i truskawek. Schłodzić przez ok. godzinę.

Proszek sprawia,że manna jest puszysta jak mus.Polecam spróbować.

Ja nie cierpię manny w postaci takiej zwykłej kaszki, ale przyznaję że taka zmiksowana z proszkiem nabiera takiej fajnej konsystencji - smakuje jak taki pycha krem.
