makaron z łososiem wędzonym na ciepło

Very easy

Ingredients:

1/2 opakowania makaronu (ja lubię kokardki)
150 gram wedzonego łososia (może być sałatkowy)
1 opakowanie sera pleśniowego
1 śmietana do sosów
peczek koperku
kilka kaparów
3 łyzki oliwy
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

ugotować makaron
posiekać łososia, rozgrzać delikatnie na patelni oliwę, dodać łososia, obrać ze skórki ser. Wlać śmietanę na patelnię, dodać ser i pokrojone kaparki. Uważać żeby nie smażyć na mocnym ogniu. Całość posypać koperkiem. Wymieszać z makaronem.

Czas robienia potrawy wynosi tyle ile gotuje się makaron.
Potrawa łatwa i smaczniutka. Najlepiej smakuje na ciepło.

Po co dawać do potrawy pleśniowy ser, jeśli potem tą skórkę się obiera?

ser zagęszcza sos a skórka nie chce się za bardzo rozpuścić i zostają grudki

No właśnie, skórka nie rozpuści się z sosie... Do większości ciepłych potraw z serem pleśniowym nie używa się skórki :).
