Makaron z orzechami i brokulem

Ingredients:

200g makaronu np swiderki, penne, farfalle
pol glowki duzego brokula

5 lyzek oliwy z oliwek
zabek czosnku
1 czerona papryczka chilli
ziola prowansalskie
sol, pieprz
mala cebulka lub kostka smaku knorra - smazona cebula
50g bardzo drobno posiekanych orzechow laskowych
2-3 lyzeczki roztartych na proszek orzechow

Prepare instructions:

Cebulke pokroic na bardzo drobna kosteczke i zeszklic na lyzce oliwy.

W miseczce wymieszac reszte oliwy z ziolami prowansalskimi, pieprzem, sola (niewiele lub wacle!), przecisnietym przez praske zabkiem czosnku i drobno posiekana papryczka chilli.

Brokul podzielic na rozyczki i ugotowac. Makaron ugotowac.

Do cebulki dodac mieszanke z miseczki i smazyc na malym ogniu okolo 2-3 minut, nastepnie dodac posiekane orzechy i smazyc kolejne 2 minuty. Na samym koncu wrzucic maczke z orzechow (ten proszek), dobrze ja rozmieszac, dodac brokuly i makaron, wymieszac i podawac na cieplo.

Oj pyszniutki musi być ten makor. Już ląduje w ulubionych , a ja idę łuskać orzechy :)
