Ingredients:

6 marchewek

cukier - do smaku

mąka - do zaprawy

Prepare instructions:

1. Marchewki obrać i ugotować aż będą średnio miękkie. Ostudzić - wody nie wylewać. Pokroić w kostkę i zalać wodą z gotowania, posłodzić - w zależności od upodobań, ja słodzę ok 3 łyżeczek. Doprowadzić do wrzenia.

2. W reszcie wody z gotowania rozrobić ok 3 łyżeczek mąki ( zaprawa powinna być dość gęsta). Powoli dolewać do marchewki wedle upodobań - ale trzeba uwarzać, gdyż zbyt duża ilość zaprawy powoduje, że marchewka będzie w samku bardzo bmączna.

3. Przepyszny dodatek do drugiego dania, zwłaszcza do kotlecików mielonych.

Akurat dziś zrobiłam na obiad, choć przyrządzam ją troszkę inaczej. Nie daję mąki, ale dodaję 1 łyżkę masła :) Pycha!

ja też dodają masło i nie używam cukru, zagęszczam mlekiem z mąką - taki beszamel.

A ja dodaję masełko,mąkę,łyżkę śmietany i sól.Mniammmm.
