mega proste krewetki z makaronem

Ingredients:

makaron świderki
krewetki koktajlowe
czarne oliwki
czosnek
masło
sól, pieprz
tymianek
parmezan albo po prostu żółty ser

Wszystkie składniki dodaję na oko

Prepare instructions:

Roztopić na patelni masło. Ja daję go sporo, żeby danie nie było za suche. Wrzucić rozmrożone krewetki na patelnię, chwilę podsmażyć, dodać wyciśnięty czosnek i też chwilę smażyć, żeby krewetki przeszły czosnkiem. Doprawić solą i pieprzem. Dorzucić pokrojone w plasterki oliwki. Ugotowany makaron wrzucić na patelnię i podsmażać z krewetkami, aż się wszystko ładnie wymiesza. Na koniec dodać tymianek i można wrzucać na talerz. Posypać parmezanem i wuala, przepis prosty jak drut, nic specjalnego ale smaczne :)

Super proste i smaczne. Zamiast sera do posypania dałem okrojony serek pleśniowy który na patelni zamienił się w super sosik.

Z racji, że nie miałam w domu oliwek tylko kawałek świeżej brokuły dodałam ją i wyszło pyszne następnym razem spróbuję z oliwkami Polecam
