Mięsne fondue

Very easy

Ingredients:

- 300 g chudej wolowiny
-olej
-mieszanka przypraw ziołowych

Prepare instructions:

Wołowinę myjemy i kroimy w małą kostkę.W garnku rozgrzewamy olej z dodatkiem przypraw : bazylii,oregano,tymianku.Kiedy temperatura oleju jest odpowiednia nakłuwamy mięso na metalowy szpikulec ( można użyć takiego do robienia rolad, lub posłużyć się patyczkiem dodawanym do kompletów fondue )Czas trzymania mięsa w oleju zależy od tego czy lubicie mięso bardziej krwiste ( minuta ,góra dwie )czy wysmażone ( 3-4 minuty ).
Wolowinkę jemy z sosami,jakie kto lubi.Ja osobiście preferuję z sosem czosnkowym i z tatarskim.

Idealnie akompaniuje się z sałatkami różnego rodzaju.

jeszcze proponuje miec naszykowane kawalki dojrzalego avokado do zagryzania mieska, pomidory koktajlowe i/lub winogrona. Czerwone wino i bagietke. Z odpowiednim sprzetem (maszynka do fondue a nie inne jakies ustrojstwa) moze wyjsc super nastrojowa kolacja.....

Jak mialam sprzet w Polsce to uzywalam mieszanego miesa, troche piersi z kurczaka troche wolowiny, troche poledwicy.
