młoda kapusta w śmietanie

Ingredients:

1 dużą główkę kapusty
kawałek surowego boczku (ew. słoninki)
1 jabłko
1 pomidor
1 cebula
1 mała śmietana
1 łyżka mąki
1 łyżka oliwy
sól, cukier
koperek

Prepare instructions:

Na oliwie podsmażamy cebulę, po chwili dodajemy grubo posiekaną kapustę i podlewamy 1/2 szkl. wody. Dodajemy obranego ze skóry pomidora, jabłko starte na grubych oczkach, sól i cukier do smaku. Przykrywamy, dusimy na wolnym ogniu, Boczek kroimy w kosteczkę, smażymy na patelni na rumiano. Wrzucamy do kapusty (tłuszcz, który się wytopił zachowujemy) Gdy kapusta będzie miękka rozgrzewamy pozostały na patelni tłuszcz i podsmażamy na złoto mąkę. W ten sposób powstałą zasmażkę dodajemy do kapusty, wlewamy śmietanę (zazwyczaj robię z kwaśną) Posypujemy grubo świeżym koperkiem i... wcinamy!

Koniecznie ląduje w ulubionych.
Kapustka wygląda przepysznie!!!
Napewno wypróbuję przepis na nią.

dobra jest taka kapustka, można jeszcze dla ładnego wyglądu dodac tartą marchew
ja osobiście nigdy nie dodawałam boczku ale pewnie spróbuję a "zaciągałam" śmietaną z mąką bo po zasmażkach miewam kwasy, ale przepis ciekawy leci do ulubionych
