Ingredients:

1/2 szkl wody - ok 125 ml

1 kostka margaryny - 200g

4 łyżki (naturalnego) kakao

2 szkl cukru

+ 2 szkl mąki tortowej

+2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

+4 jajka

+wiórki kokosowe i aromat rumowy

Prepare instructions:

1. Wodę, margarynę, kakao i cukier zagotować, mieszając by się nie przypaliło. Odlać pół szklanki powstałej masy ( na polewę), resztę ostudzić.

2. Po ostudzeniu 4 białka ubić na sztywną pianę z odrobiną soli, do masy dodać dodać mąkę, proszek do pieczenia, żółtka i pianę. Delikatnie zmiksować lub wymieszać. (Można dodać rozdrobnione orzechy lub rodzynki).

3. Masę wylać na blachę wyłożoną papierem i piec ok 30 min w temp ok 180 C, później zwiększyć na 200 C. - temperatura zależy od rodzaju piekarnika. Ostatni Murzynek piekłam 40 min w temp ok 190 st w piekarniku elektrycznym.

4. Odlaną masę - na polewę - wymieszać z 1/2 aromatu rumowego i równomiernie rozprowadzić na placku, posypać wiórkami kokosowymi.

Sztandardowe ciasto w mojej kuchni.Jak moje dzieciaki były malutkie robiłam je nz okrągło.Zawsze wychodzi.Dzięki za przypomnienie przepisu.
