Moze to glupie pytanie, ale co to jest przyprawa bolonska, czy to sos do spagetti bolonski w proszku czy w sloiku?

Oczywiście nie wsypujemy całej przyprawy bolońskiej do mięsa :-)

Czy mąkę sypiemy bezpośrednio do stopionego sera?

Roztrzepujemy ją w sosie trzepaczką (min. taką jaką ubija się białka). Im więcej będzie mąki, tym gęstszy wyjdzie sos. Polecam dodawać małe ilości by przypadkiem nie ,,przedobrzyć" :-)
