napój kawowy - małe arcydzieło

Very easy

Ingredients:

100 ml mleka
4 łyżki cappucino orzechowego lub o innym smaku
sos czekoladowy
3 łyżki cukru
mleko

Prepare instructions:

Mleko spienieć w ekspresie do kawy (jeżeli oczywiście ekspres posiada taką funkcję ;) hehe) lub mikserem do spieniania mleka. Mleko zagotować , zalać cappucino, posłodzić, dodać spienione mleko pozostawiająć 1 łyżeczkę piany. Łyżeczkę piany wyłożek na środek cappucina,zrobić 1 kółko sosu czkeoladowego na krawędzi piankowego kółka i jedno miejsze na środku pianki. Drucikiem ciągnąć sos od krawędzi do środka piankowej plamki, tak by powstał kwiatuszek-gwiazdka. Napój kawowy to takie małe arcydzieło ;) Można dodać też większą łyżkę stołową likieru kawowego ;)

heh.. no szkoda, szkoda bo oczy się cieszą na widok czegoś tak pięknego :) Ale niestety, nie posiadam aparatu cyfrowego :( Pozdrawiam!
