Ogórkowy miks na kefirze

Ingredients:

2 szklanki kefiru
1/2 szklanki jogurtu naturalnego lub śmietany
świeży ogórek
cytryna
ewentualnie ząbek czosnku
kilka gałązek natki pietruszki
pomidorki koktajlowe do dekoracji (niekoniecznie, ale ładnie wygląda)
sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Cytrynę sparz, zetrzyj trochę skórki, wyciśnij sok. Natkę opłucz, drobno posiekaj (gałązkę odłóż). Ogórek opłucz, odkrój kilka plasterków ze skórką do dekoracji. Pozostałą część ogórka obierz, przekrój na pół, łyżeczką wydrąż pestki, miąższ pokrój w kostkę. Pokrojony ogórek zmiksuj z posiekaną natką. Do zmiksowanego ogórka dodaj kefir i jogurt lub śmietanę, ewentualnie przeciśnięty czosnek, wymieszaj. Całość przypraw do smaku solą, pieprzem i sokiem z cytryny. Nalej do szklanek, posyp skórką startą z cytryny, udekoruj plasterkami ogórka, pomidorkami i listkami natki.

Gdyby zamienić natkę na koperek to mieli byśmy tzatziki - drink! Dobrze schłodzony i oczywiście ...wstrząśnięty ! nie zmieszany!! Pozdrawiam! Pyszne i orzeźwiające!
