Omlecik gruszkowy

Ingredients:

jajko
lyzke plaska maki (ja uzywam pelnoziarnistej)
ok.1/3 szklanki mleka (ja uzywam w proszku nr.3)
pol lyzeczki cukru waniliowego
proszek do pieczenia na czubeczku lyzeczki
lyzeczka maslat

Prepare instructions:

wymieszac jajko, make, cukier waniliowy,proszek i mleko. Ja rozstrzepuje widelcem. Gruszke obrac ze skorki, zetrzec na tarce na grubych oczkach i poddusic w garnku na maselku z lyzka wody i odrobina cukru wedlug uznania.
Ciasto omletowe wylac na goracy tluszcz.
Omlecik zacznie ladnie rosnac, trzeba go szybko przewrocic.
2 minuty i gotowe.
Omlet wylozyc na talerz, gruszke wylozyc na wierzch omletu i podawac. Smacznego!

PS Podobny przepis widzialam gdzies w internecie z tym ze z jablkiem. Tak wiec nie jest to moj pomysl tak do konca :)

Zrobiłam mojemu synkowi i bardzo mu smakował,mi zresztą też. Jedyny problem miałam przy przewracaniu go na drugą stronę podczas smażenia - rozpadł się. Ale i tak musiałam go pokroić na kawałeczki.

Mi też niestety się rozpadł ale jakoś się usmażył, w sumie zawsze jak robie omlety i dochodzi do momentu kiedy mam go przewrócić to niestety rozpadają się . Ale i tak są pyszne, ja na koniec polewam omlet syropem gruszowym (Paola) i jest boski niczego więcej nie trzeba!:)
