Pavlova z bitą śmietaną i truskawkami

Ingredients:

6 białek
280g cukru
szczypta soli
opakowanie cukru wanilinowego
1 łyżka octu jabłkowego
1 płaska łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej
400 ml śmietany kremówki 36% lub 30% (+2 łyżki cukru pudru)
250g truskawek

Prepare instructions:

Białka ubijamy na sztywną pianę ze szczyptą soli. Pod koniec ubijania dodajemy powoli cukier i cukier waniliowy, a następnie mąkę i ocet jabłkowy. Blachę wykładamy papierem do pieczenia i rysujemy na niej okrąg o średnicy 20cm. Masę białkową nakładamy do okręgu. Lepiej dawać na górę, niż na boki, gdyż beza w pieczeniu jeszcze urośnie.

Wkładamy do pieca nagrzanego do 180 stopni i po 5 minutach zmieniamy temperaturę na 150 stopni. W taki sposób suszymy bezę około 85-90min.

Po upieczeniu studzimy ją. W międzyczasie ubijamy śmietanę z cukrem pudrem na sztywno, a truskawki myjemy i obieramy ze szypułek.

Dekorujemy bitą śmietaną i owocami.

Acha, a śmietankę czymś usztywniasz ??

Trzymam kciuki, żeby się udała:) Śmietanki akurat w tym wypadku nie usztywniałam, bo ubiła się pięknie na sztywno, ale polecam dodać pod koniec ubijania jeden lub dwa śmietan fixy gdyby były jakieś problemy, zawsze się nimi ratuję:)
