Ingredients:

1 szklanka miodu
1 szklanka cukru
1 kostka margaryny
1 opakowanie przyprawy piernikowej
1 jajko
1 płaska łyżeczka sody
ok. 1/2 kg mąki

landrynki, wiórki kokosowe, mak, lentilki.

Prepare instructions:

Miód, cukier, przyprawę do piernika i masło zagotowujemy w garnku. Lekko studzimy i dodajemy sodę i jajko. Dodajemy stopniowo mąkę, całość powinna mieć konsystencję miękkiego ciasta. Wkładamy całość na noc do lodówki. Wyjmujemy godzinę przed planowanym pieczeniem, wyrabiamy w rękach, wałkujemy na ok 3 mm.

Witraże w piernikach zrobiłam przez dodanie do dziurek pokruszonych landrynek. I piekłam do momentu, kiedy sie one roztopią. W 180 stopniach przez 7-10 minut, do momentu kiedy zaczną się rumienić.

Po wyjęciu z piekarnika będą miękkie, więc trzeba pozostawić je na blasze aż wystygną lekko a potem przełożyć na metalową kratkę (np tę z piekarnika) do wyschnięcia.

Tym razem je policzyłam. 194 sztuki z podanych ilości.

Wyglądają jak z obrazka, czytaj zdjęcie z książki kucharskiej, naprawdę piękne

Wyszły super, ale za mało mąki w przepisie trzeba dodać ok 3/4 kg mąki. Jak dodałam więcej mąki wyszły super musisz tylko napisać ile je piec, bo ja nie wiedziałam i pierwsza blacha to był węgiel.

Faktycznie, już poprawiam.
Mnie z 0,5 kg świetnie wychodzą. Potem jeszcze trochę mąki trzeba dodać, ale to przy wałkowaniu.
