Piernik kokosowy

Ingredients:

Ciasto:

5 jaj,
1 szkl. cukru,
2 szkl mąki,
1 kostka margaryny,
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia,
3 łyżki kakao,
0.5 szkl. wody,

Masa kokosowa:

200 gr. wiórek kokosowych,
0,5 szkl. cukru,
0,5 kostki margaryny,
0,5 szkl. mleka

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:

Utrzeć żółtka z cukrem dodać stopioną margaryne i mąke zmieszaną z proszkiem i kakao. Ciasto podzielic na dwie czesci. jedna 3/4 z calosci druga 1/4. Do 1/4 czesci dodac wode.

Masa kokosowa:

Mleko zagotować z margaryną i cukrem. Do wrzątku wsypać wiórki mieszając chwile pogotować. Ostygnietą mase połączyc z ubitą pianą z białek.

Wylac ciasto na blaszke na to mase kokosową i druga część ciasta. Piec ok. 50 minut w temp. 180-190. Po upieczeniu polac lukrem.

Zakldam , ze po przelozeniu masa nalezy to ciasto upiec- czy tez wczsniej upiec a potem przelozyc masa?

Statekmarzen ile ma być kakao ? Jakie duże paczki wiórek bo są różnie pakowane. Ciasto wygląda,że będzie smaczne i szybko się robi. Jeśli możesz podaj jeszcze temperaturę pieczenia. A jeszcze było by cudownie jak podała byś przepis na dobry luiker. Pozdrówka!

Hmm. Rozumiem, ze na samo dno wylewamy 3/4 ciasta, na to mase kokosowa, na to z kolei 1/4 ciasta z dodatkiem wody? Czy na odwrot?
