Właśnie zastanawiałem się od kilku dni na zrobieniem takich makowych pierogów:) A tu widze, że nie ja jeden. Bardzo dobry pomysł z tym ciastem krucho-drożdżowym:) Coś mi się zdaje, że na wigilijnym stole nowośc zagości:)

Widzę na załączonej fotce, że nadzienie pięknie wypełnia cały pierożek. Nigdy mi się ta sztuka nie udaje. Zawsze w środku powstaje dziura, bo nadzienie jakby opada. Wypiekam z ciasta drożdżowego. Czy to krucho-drożdżowe będzie receptą? (pewnie mniej wyrasta?) Czy robię inny błąd?
