Niestety, kumin, zwany także kminem rzymskim, jest podobny do kminku tylko z wygl?du i raczej nie da się zast?pić. Ziarna s? o wiele bardziej aromatyczne od ziaren kminku i daj? inny efekt smakowy.

W curry jest imbir i kurkuma, więc stosowanie tych trzech przypraw jednocześnie wydaje się dziwne. Ale może się mylę.

Ja zawsze daje kumin mielony do miesa mielonego wtedy ma pyszny smak...uwielbiam
chyba mozna go dostacz w orientalnych sklepach w polsce.ja go przewoze z Maroka taki fajny kraj :-)
