Pikantny placek z kapustą

Ingredients:

2 cebule,0,5 główki białek kapusty,20 dag schabu,2 łyzki oleju,sól, pieprz,1 pęczek natki pietruszki,25 dag śmietany kremówki,6 jajek,tarta gałka muszkatałowa,1 opakowanie mrożonego ciasta francuskiego, bądź ciasta na pizze,2 łyżki tartej bułki,10 dag żółtego sera,

Prepare instructions:

1. Cebulę obierać, posiekać. Kapustę oczyścić, wykroić głąb,pokroić w paseczki. Mięso pokroić w kostkę.2.Na rozgrzanym oleju zeszklić cebulę, dodać mięso i podsmażyć. Wrzucić następnie posiekaną kapustę i dusić 6-8 min na wolnym ogniu. Przyprawić solą i pieprzem.3.Śmietanę wymieszać z jajkami, dodać posiekaną natkę pietruszki, przyprawić solą pieprzem i tarta gałką muszkatałową.4.Ciasto francuskie przełozyc do posmarowanego tłuszczem i posypanego mąką naczynie żaroodpornego. Spód gęsto ponakłuwać widelcem, posypac tartą bułką, ułozyc na nim kapustę ze schabem. Całość równomiernie polać śmietaną z jajkami. Naczynie wstawic do nagrzanego piekarnika,piec ok. 1 godz. w temp. 200st.
