Ingredients:

6 jajek
15 dag cukru
1 torebka cukru waniliowego
15 dag mąki
4 puszki mandarynek
1/2 l soku pomarańczowego
2 torebki budyniu waniliowego
1 kg śmietany kremówki
2 łyżki cukru pudru
3 torebki śmietan-fix
25 herbatników z jednej strony oblanych czekoladą

Prepare instructions:

1. Białka jajek oddzielić od żółtek . Żółtka utrzyć z cukrewm na kremową masę .
Białka ubić na sztywno z cukrem waniliowym . Wymieszać z mąką i masą
żółtkową . Rozsmarować na natłuszczonej blasze 32 na 39 cm . Piec 15 min
w temperaturze 200 st.
2. Mandarynki osączyć , zalewę zachować . Odrobinę wymieszać z budyniem .
Zagotować sok pomarańczowy z 1/2 l zalewy z mandarynek . Zagęścić zawiesiną
budyniową . Mieszając , zagotować . Odłożyć 25 cząstek mandarynek , resztę

ułożyć na cieście . Przykryć przestudzonym budyniem . Ochładzać ok. 1 godz.
3. Śmietanę ubić na sztywno z cukrem pudrem i śmietan-fixem . 3/4 rozsmarować
na budyniu , przykryć herbatnikami . Ciasto pokroić na porcje . Każdą
udekorować kleksem z reszty ubitej śmietany oraz odłożonymi cząstkami
mandarynek .

Przed podaniem dobrze schłodzić !
