Pizza di patate czyli pizza ziemniaczana

Ingredients:

1-1,5 kg ziemniaków
0,5 kostki masła
troche mleka
2-3 jajka
2 garści startego żołtego sera
zielona pietruszka

plastry sera żołtego
plastry ulubionej wędliny
30 dag pieczarek
2 cebule
sól,pieprz i przyprawa apetita do kuchni włoskiej,oliwa z oliwek, bułka tarta

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki ugotować,odcedzić.Dodać masło,mleko i utłuc na puree.
W osobnym naczyniu dość dobrze rozbełtać jajka,dodać do nich starty ser i pietruszkę,wymieszać i dodać do ziemniaków.Ciasto ziemnaczane podzielić na połowe.Jedną połową wysmarować spód blaszki na nią położyć przesmażone pieczarki z cebulą.plastry sera i wędliny całość posypać przyprawą apetita i przykryć drugą częścią ciasta ziemniaczanego.Wierzch posypać bułką tartą i polać odrobine oliwą ,ciasto lekko ponakłuwać i piec ok 40-50 min w piek nagrzanym do temp160-180 st smacznego

p.s Pizza zawsze sie udaje i jest doskonałym urozmaiceniem domowych posiłków a na dodatek jest bardzo smaczna.Można do niej dodać jeszcze oliwki,pomidory itd.....
