Ingredients:

SKŁADNIKI :

- 25 dag cukru
- 4 do 5 jajek
- 25 dag margaryny
- po 18 dag mąki pszennej i ziemniaczanej
- skórka otarta z 2 - 3 cytryn
- sok z jednej cytryny

Prepare instructions:

PRZYGOTOWANIE :

Składniki ciasta po kolei wkładać do miksera i ucierać na jednolitą masę lub najpierw utrzeć w misce cukier z jajami , potem dodać margarynę , skórkę , dosypać obie mąki i wlać sok z cytryny , można dodać łyżeczkę proszku do pieczenia - ale nie jest to konieczne , jeżeli ciasto będzie dobrze utarte .

Wysmarować formę margaryną , obsypać bułką tartą , włożyć ciasto do piekarnika i piec około 40 minut .

Lubię ciasta cytrynowe, ale nigdy nie trafił mi się przepis.Twój przepis jest prosty i ciekawy.Proszę tylko o odpowiedż, na jak dużej blasze go pieczesz i czym polewasz po upieczeniu.Może jakaś fotka?

A czy można zamiast margaryny użyć oleju (ile) byłoby pulchne.
