Ingredients:

12 jajek,
2 szklanki cukru,
2 szklanki mąki,
łyżka proszku do pieczenia,
4 łyżki kakao,
tarta czekolada do posypania,

masa z białek:
szklanka białek,
30 dag cukru,
szklanka śmietany 30%,
sok z połówki cytryny,
żelatyna 3 łyżki,
pół szklanki wody

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:
Ubić białka, stopniowo i powoli wsypując cukier. Dodawać po jednym żółtku, ubić do białości, dodać mąkę, proszek, kakao przesiane przez sitko, dokładnie i powoli wymieszać. Ciasto podzielić na trzy części i upiec trzy biszkopty.

Masa:
Białka ubić na sztywno, dodając cukier, postawić nad parą i dalej ubijać. Gdy masa stanie się szklista, ubijać na zimno. Śmietanę ubić na sztywno, połączyć z białkami, dodać sok z cytryny, delikatnie wymieszać. Żelatynę rozpuścić w wodzie, dodać do pianki, wymieszać i przełożyć ciasto. Wierzch posmarować kilkoma łyżkami pianki i posypać startą czekoladą.

A ja nigdy nie wiem co zrobić z białkami pozostającymi czasami po pieczeni ciastDo ulubionychWyprubuje

Zrobiłam dziś to ciasto. Piana z białek ubiła mi się bardzo dobrze, ale nie stety po dodaniu śmietany struktura piany już niestety się pogorszyła. Myślę, że warto zaznaczyć w przepisie, że to połączenie wymaga bardzo delikatnego mieszania. Generalnie smak masy nie mój. Ale to rzecz gustu. Ja powtórek robić nie będę.
