Placki z cukinii z sosem czosnkowym

Ingredients:

1 młoda cukinia bez pestek (ważne, żeby skórkę dało się przeciąć paznokciem)
1 jajko
pół pęczka koperku
kilka łyżek mąki
sól
oliwa do smażenia

na sos

1 ząbek czosnku
łyżeczka majonezu
2 łyżeczki jogurtu naturalnego

Prepare instructions:

Cukinię zetrzeć na tarce o grubych oczkach. Obficie posolić i zostawić na 10 min. na sitku do odcieknięcia.
W międzyczasie robimy sos - wyciskamy czosnek i łączymy z majonezem i jogurtem. Wkładamy do lodówki.
Z cukinii dokładnie wyciskamy cały nadmiar wody.
W misce łączymy cukinię z jednym jajkiem, posiekanym koperkiem i mąką. Konsystencja powinna być podobna do placków ziemniaczanych.
Placki nakładamy na patelnię łyżką, smażymy z obu stron do zarumienienia.

Można kombinować z "wkładem", dodać inne zioła (np. bazylię, szczypiorek, co kto lubi), ser itp. Ja często dodaję jeszcze słodkiej papryki w proszku.

Uwielbiam takie placuszki sa pyszne ja do masy dodaje czosnek a jemy np z ketchupem .
Napewno wypróbuje twój sos . Pozdrawiam :)

Gdybym uzyla innego sosu to tez pewnie do masy dodalabym czosnek. A ze te placki sluza mi wlasciwie tylko za lyzke do nabierania tego sosu to juz odpuscilam :))
