Tak, wkurat tyle było w domu i tyle dałem ,oczywiście waga po obraniu ( wnoszę uzupelnienie w składnikach )

nie wiem czemu, ale uważam przepis na zwykłe placki ziemniaczane za mistrzostwo świata, są to proporcje tak idealnie wyważone, że wszelkie dodatki traktuję wręcz za niepotrzebną nadgorliwość ... :) nie piszę tego, aby zniechęcić do tych ziemniaczanych (które pewnie znalazły swoich amatorów), ale po to, by bronić świętości najprostszego placka ziemniaczanego..genialnego w swojej prostocie. Autora pozdrawiam. :)
