Ingredients:

ok. 5 - 6 plastrów szynki lub innej wędliny
ok. 10 dag sera żółtego
3 - 4 łyżki mleka
2 - 3 jajka
mąki tyle ile wchłoną jajka ( masa musi być dość gęsta )
przyprawy : sól, pieprz, wegeta

Prepare instructions:

Wędlinę i ser pokroić w kosteczkę. Wszystkie składniki wymięszać w miseczce.
Smażyć placuszki z obu stron na oleju.
Podawać polane keczupem.

ałć na oko to musi strasznie boleć hi hi zart . robie podobnie ale kotleciki na obiad z piersia z kurczaka :)

zamiast szynki dajesz pierś z kurczaka ?

tak, daje pokrojoną pierś z kurczaka, ser zółty, pieczarki,kukurydza z puszki ,papryka, takie czyszczenie lodówki ale wtedy podaje to na obiadek z ziemniaczkami, ryżem lub frytkami, czasami wsadzam w bułke dodaje sałate,pomidor, i jakis sosik i mam hamburgera(a to juz na kolacje)polecam
