Pomarańczowa krajanka mojej mamy

Ingredients:

4-5 paczek (po 10 dag) herbatników
2 galaretki pomarańczowe
2 słoiczki dżemu pomarańczowego
1 torebka gorzkiej polewy czekoladowej
1/4 szklanki śmietanki kremówki
1 cukier waniliowy
kolorowe cukierki groszki do dekoracji

Prepare instructions:

Galaretki zalej 2 szklankami goracej wody. Mieszaj, aż się całkowicie rozpuszczą. Odstaw w chłodne miejsce.
Kwadratową formę o boku 25 cm wyłożyć pegraminem. Na spodzie poukładaj (jedenoboki drugiego) 1/2 herbatników.
Tężejącą galaretkę starannie wymieszaj z dżemem pomarańczowym. Wstaw do lodówki na 10 minut.
Masę rozsmarować na przygotowanym spodzie. Przykryć pozostałymi herbatnikami. Schłodzić.Polać stopioną polewą.
Śmietankę ubij lekko z cukrem waniliowym.Ciasto udekorować śmietaną i cukierkami.

Ten przepis dostała moja mama od koleżanki, ale nie miała kiedy go upiec więc ja go wypróbowałam :D I naprawdę polecam :)

Surimko - tylko tak dalej! Przepis rewelacyjny i apetyczny!! Na pewno wypróbuję i dam znac jak wyszedł .Pozdrówka!

Wczoraj zrobiłam tę krajankę. Wszystkim smakowała.Bardzo dobry przepis na letnie popołudnie. Następnym razem użyję biszkopty zamiast herbatników .
