Potrawka z kurczaka z makaronem

Very easy

Ingredients:

2 filety z kurczaka

4 pomidory

1 puszka kukurydzy

1 serek topiony o smaku ziołowym Hochland

1/2 szklanki śmietany

bazylia,sól,pieprz

makaron kokardki

Prepare instructions:

Filety pokroić w paski, przyprawić i smażyć na oleju ok. 20 minut.

Po tym czasie dodać pokrojone w kostkę pomidory i dusić wszystko do miękkości.

Na koniec dodać kukurydzę, śmietanę i serek topiony.

Dusić wszystko razem jeszcze ok. 10 minut, dodać bazylię i przyprawić.

Makaron ugotować z odrobiną oleju, połączyć z sosem.

Wypróbuję dzisiaj na obiadek a jeszcze przed chwilą brakowało mi pomysłu.... Dam znać jak smakowało.

Cieszę się, że smakuje, jeżeli ktoś nie lubi kukurydzy, równie dobrze można ją zastąpić groszkiem.

Muszę powiedzieć, że nam nie przypasowało to danie. O gustach się nie dyskutuje, ale cały obiad wylądował w koszu, także to nie nasz typ. Pozdrawiam.

Zrobione, zjedzone, ale niestety nie powaliło na kolana.
