Potrawka z ryżem w sosie czosnkowym.

Very easy

Ingredients:

2 torebki ryżu
2 podwójne piersi z kurczaka
paczka mrożonki ,,bukiet jarzyn" bądź dowolnej ulubionej mrożonki warzywnej
przyprawa do kurczaka

Prepare instructions:

Ryż ugotować w osolonej wodzie.

Piersi pokroić w kostkę, posypać przyprawami, odstawić na kilka godzin do lodówki (choć niekoniecznie). Następnie usmażyć.

Bukiet jarzyn ugotować - odcedzić.

Po ugotowaniu i usmażeniu wszystko wymieszać, doprawić do smaku. Do całości można dodać trochę masła jeśli nie przepadamy za sosem czosnkowym.

Sos czosnkowy: jogurt naturalny, majonez, 2 ząbki czosnku, sól, koperek świeży lub mrożony.

KONIECZNIE POLAĆ SOSEM CZOSNKOWYM! swoją porcję na talerzu.

Twoja potrawka może będzie dobra także na zimno jako sałatka wymieszana z tym sosem czosnkowym. Jak myślisz?
