Nie jestem na diecie Protal, ale potrzebowałam jakiegoś przepisu na lekki obiadek, po tych ostatnich czwartkowych szaleństwach:) Danie bardzo mi smakowało. Nie miałam rękawa do pieczenia, więc upiekłam w naczyniu żaroodpornym. W środek wsadziłam plasterek papryki.
