Ingredients:

- biszkopt :
   - 4 jaja,
   - 3/4 szkl cukru,
   - 1 szkl.mąki( w tym może być trochę ziemniaczanej)
   - 1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia.

masa:

-   2 galaretki dowolne,(+połowa wody podanej na opakowaniach)
-   mleko skondensowane w puszce,(niesłodzone)
-   czekolada (tabliczka).

Prepare instructions:

biszkopt:

- białka ubic na sztywno,tak,że po odwróceniu "do góry nogami" piana się nie rusza  i nie spada.
- dodawać do piany na przemian po jednym żółtku - po trochu cukru ciągle miksując.
- odłożyć mikser!!!   do piany przesiac mąkę i proszek do pieczenia
-   DREWNIANĄ (albo inną) łyżką mieszać delikatnie aby masa nie straciła puszystości.

dno formy wyłożyć papierem ( boki nie! ) wylać masę jajeczną i upiec na złoto w temp.170C (blaszka średnia)-ok.20 min. Sprawdzic patyczkiem na srodku blaszki .Jeśli patyczek jest suchy rzucić delikatnie (z niskiej odległości) blaszkę na podłogę i na chwilkę z powrotem do wyłączonego piekarnika.

przekroić biszkopt na dwa placki (najlepiej na drugi dzień) i naponczować dowolnym płynem-sokiem,alkoholem,...

masa:

2 galaretki zalac gorącą wodą. Kiedy zaczną tężeć ubijać mikserem dodając po trochu mleka -Zrobi się piana,którą trzeba przelać na jeden placek,przykryć drugim,na to wylać resztę pianki.

dekoracja-
polać ciepłą ,rozpuszczoną czekoladą i patyczkiem" pozygzakowac"

- czy galaretkę przyrządzić z ilością wody jak na opakowaniu?
- mleko słodzone?

galaretki rozpuścić w połowie wody-czyli:2 galaretki w pół litra wody.Mleko niesłodzone.Zaraz poprawię przepis:)dziękuję.
