Ingredients:

500g ziemniaków,

75-100g selera,

świeże oregano,

łyżeczka masła,

sól, pieprz.

Prepare instructions:

Obrane ziemniaki i seler ugotować w osolonej wodzie (lub po prostu ugotować na parze).

Gorące ziemniaki wraz z selerem dokładnie utłuc, dodać posiekane oregano, masło, sól i pieprz do smaku.

Takie puree jest bardzo ciekawą, a przede wszystkim smaczną odmianą od standardowych ziemniaków.

bardzo czest robie tqakie ziemniaki ,sa super nigdy nie dodawalam oregano.Sprobuje nastepnym razem.Polecam takie ziemniaki ,szczegolnie teraz kiedy nie ma mlodych ziemniaczkow.
