PYCHOTKA rolada czekoladowo-arakowa bez pieczenia

Ingredients:

MASA:
1 szkl cukru
1 kostka masla
3 zoltka
olejek arakowy
4 lyzki kakao
8 lyzek mleka

CIASTO;
3/4 szkl mleka
1/2 szkl cukru
4 lyzki kakao
4 lyzki masla
4 paczki herbatnikow

Prepare instructions:

Masa; zagotowac mleko,cukier,,kakao gotowac 1 min i odstawic do ostygniecia, utrzec z maslem gdy juz zimna masa czekoladowa dodac 3 zoltka ( mozna opuscic jesli ktos sie boi uzywac surowych zoltek) na koncu dodac olejek arakowy.
Ciasto; zagotowac mleko,cukier,kakao,maslo ostudzic, gdy zimne dodac pokruszone herbatniki i wymieszac dokladnie.
Na papierze sniadaniowym / folii wylozyc ciasto przykryc drugim papierem sniadaniowym i rozwalkowac na dosc cienki placek, sciagnac papier z wierzchu i nalozyc mase arakowa roasmarowac zwinac rolade i schlodzic w zamrazarce przez co najmniej 3 godz.Ja osobiscie trzymam ta rolade caly czas w zamrazarce bo kroi sie cudownie a rozmraza sie w ciagu pol min. Kroic w na nie zbyt grube porcje, najlepsze podawane zimne!
