Racuchy z jabłkiem- rewelacja

Ingredients:

2szklanki mąki
2jajka
sół
kefir
proszek do pieczenia
3,4 jabłka kwaskowate

Prepare instructions:

jajka rozbic troszkę osolić i potem wlać kefir i rozmiksować i potem wsypać mąkę(konsystencja gestej śmietany)płaska łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia). Obrać 3,4 jabłka.Pokroić jabłka w plasterki, w kostkę, zetrzec na tarce. Wymieszać wszystko. Posmażyć w większej ilości oleju tak na 1,5cm, mały ogień.

Podawać z cukrem pudrem lub z cukrem, same też są wyśmienite.

Placuszki WYŚMIENITE:)!! Pyszne:) choć ja dodałam do ciasta cukier waniliowy bo jabłka kwaśne miałam, i jabłka pokroiłam w kawałki a nie na tarce:) Polecam:)

właśnie jest napisane, że w kostkę, plasterki lub zetrzeć na tarce. ja zazwyczaj robię wszystkie te trzy techniki i w moich racuszkach jest i posmak zarówno startych jabłek i można pogryżć kawałeczki jabłek:) cukru waniliowego też czasami dodaje jak zależy mi na aromacie:) pozdrawiam
