Ingredients:

1kg dojrzałych pomidorów, bez skórki i pestek
2 cebule białe
2 czerwone papryki
1 duży bakłażan
2 cukinie
4 ząbki czosnku
6 łyżek oliwy extra virgin
2 listki laurowe
sól,
świeżo zmielony pieprz do smaku
300 g sera żółtego - ementaler lub grouillere
6 łyżek posiekanej natki pietruszki
6 łyżek świeżej bazylii
3 gałązki świeżego tymianku lub 1/2 łyżeczki suszonego
1 łyżka soli i dodatkowo sól do smaku
bagietka

Prepare instructions:

Pomidory na chwilę zanurzyć we wrzątku, schłodzić i zdjąć skórkę.
Pokrajać na spore kawałki. Na patelni rozgrzać oliwę. Wrzucić pokrajaną w krążki cebulę na rozgrzany na patelni tłuszcz.
Dodać paprykę pokrajaną w cienkie paski. Smażyć przez 5 minut.
Dorzucić bakłażany pokrojone w grubą kostkę oraz pomidory.
Po 2-3 minutach dodać cukinię pokrajaną w plasterki, przeciśnięty czosnek, liście laurowe i resztę przypraw.
Na koniec posypać startym serem i poczekać aż stopnieje.

Można podawać z bagietką.
Gdy nie można zdobyć wystarczająco aromatycznych i mięsistych pomidorów, można użyć pomidorów z puszki

Dzisiaj uraczyłem tą potrawą swoją rodzinkę. Całość przygotowałem według przepisu, właściwie bez żadnych modyfikacji, i muszę przyznać, że warto było - mimo, że składniki zimową porą nie należą do najtańszych. Szczerze polecam jedzonko innym :)
