Przepis interesujący, ale chyba lepiej byłoby poddusić paprykę z cebulą, bo ryba miękka, a warzywa twarde. Spróbuję poddusić, zobaczę jak to będzie wygladąło i smakowało.

Znam ten przepis jako ryba po japońsku. Cebulę podsmażam do zrumienienia.

Do rybki po grecku duszę warzywa i podsmażam cebulkę,a w tej jakoś te chrupiące warzywa mi smakują,ale każdy ma swoje smaki.Pozdrawiam
