Ingredients:

1 kg. filetów z pangi,

                  Ciasto nalesnikowe:
1 szkl. mąki,
1 jajko,
0.5 szkl wody,
sól, pieprz
                 Farsz:
1 słoik ogórków konserwowych,
4 średnie cebule,
1 słoik papryki konserwowej

                Zalewa:
2szkl. wody,
0.5 szkl oleju,
1 konc. pomidorowy średni,
4 łyżki ketchupu,
4 łyżki octu,
2 łyżki cukru

Prepare instructions:

Filety pokroic na wieksze kawałki. Składniki na ciasto nalesnikowe połączyc i obtoczyć w nim filety, usmażyc rybe na złoty kolor. Składniki na farsz pokroić na drobną kostke, wymiesza i przełożyć nimi rybe. Zalewe zagotowac i jak lekko ostygnie zalac nimi rybe z farszem.

Najlepiej smakuje na drugi dzień.

Tez sie usmialam a jeszcze jak zobaczylam ze jestes z Ostrody to mi bylas jeszcze bardziej sympatyczna, kiedys spedzalam tam kazde wakacje.

Mari kiedys a czemu teraz juz nie spedzasz???? Ostróda bardzo sie zmienila warto byloby zajechac.
