Ryba zapiekana z serem i pieczarkami

Ingredients:

na 2 osoby

2 duże lub 4 małe filety z ryby
20 dkg pieczarek
1 średnia cebula
10 dkg żółtego sera
1 mały kubek śmietany (200g)
pół cytryny
przyprawy (sól, pieprz, cząber albo rozmaryn, ew. czosnek)
mąka pszenna wymieszana z ziemniaczaną (4:1)

Prepare instructions:

Filety rybne skropić sokiem z cytryny, natrzeć solą pieprzem, cząbrem albo rozmarynem (ewnetualnie utrzeć zioła z solą i czosnkiem i tym natrzeć rybę)
Następnie obtoczyć w mące i smażyć na wolnym ogniu na złoty kolor.

Pieczarki pokroić w plasterki, cebulę w kostkę i dusić na łyżce oleju do miękkości. Dolać śmietanę. Mozna doprawić wg uznania.
Do naczynia żaroodopornego włożyć usmażoną rybę, na rybę pieczarki i posypać startym serem. Piec ok

10 - 15 min w nagrzanym do 200 stopni piekarniku.

Najlepiej podać z ryżem smażonym na bulionie i sałatką z pomidorów.

Ryba pyszna, znam podobne przepisy, ale ten jest bardzo prosty a jednoczesnie nie ustepuje smakiem tym innym podobnym. Dzieki! Tylko jedna uwaga - w przygotowaniu pojawia sie nagle smietana, a w skladnikach jej nie uwzglednilas. Ale mysle ze to nie jest duzy problem.Pa!
