Sałatka tricolore pomidore

Ingredients:

1 czerwony mięsisty pomidor (np.bawole serce)

6 pomidorków yellow cherry

4 pomidory bananowe (odmiana orange banana tomato)

5 liści sałaty (krucha lub masłowa)

pół strąka średniej czerwonej papryki

1/2 puszki kukurydzy (ok. 150 g)

1 mały ogórek wężowy

kawałek białej części pora (ok. 5 cm)

10 listków świeżej bazylii

4-5 łodygi świeżego tymianku

oliwa z oliwek

sól

kolorowy pieprz z młynka

Prepare instructions:

Warzywa myjemy i osuszamy. Ogórka obieramy ze skórki. Sałatę rwiemy na kawałki, pomidorki bananowe kroimy w plasterki, yellow cherry na połówki, pomidora czerwonego w większą kostkę. Kukurydzę odsączamy z zalewy. Paprykę kroimy w kostkę, ogórka w półplasterki, pora w talarki. Do wszystkich składników dodajemy świeże zioła polewamy oliwą, solimy i pieprzymy. Podajemy zaraz po przygotowaniu.

Pomidory bananowe? Czyli jakie. Słyszałam o ananasowych, ale bananowe to nie wiem co za odmiana :)

W oryginale ich nazwa brzmi Orange banana tomatos, są podłużne, pomarańczowe i mają lekko mączasty miąższ. Smakują wybornie w sałatkach jak i na kanapkach.
