Ingredients:

- słoiczek buraków konserwowych (5-6 sztuk)

- 2 jabłka

- 2 jajka ugotowane na twardo

- 1 cebula (niekoniecznie)

- ogórek kwaszony

- 5 łyżek kukurydzy konserwowej

- 2 łyżki śmietany

- 1/2 szkl majonezu

- natka pietruszki, sól, cukier

Prepare instructions:

Odsączone buraczki, jajka, obrane jabłka, ogórek i cebulę pokroić w drobną kostkę.

Wszystkie składniki wymieszać, dodać odsączoną kukurydzę, wymieszać z majonezem i śmietaną.

Doprawić do smaku cukrem i solą, posypać natką pietruszki.

Sałatkę polecam wielbicielom buraczków konserwowych. Robię ją zawsze z buraczkami przygotowanymi wg przepisu

wesoła sałateczka , przyszło mi na myśl , że nadawałby się świetnie na przyjęcie dla dziewczynek - buraczek wybornie barwi sałatkę na szałowy róż , extra - proponuję umieścić ją również w dziale : dla dzieci

Całkiem dobra, w wersji superlight zamiast śmietany jogurt i trochę mniej majonezu i też jest ok. Przepisik wchodzi do repertuaru. Pozdrawiam :)
