Sałatka z tuńczyka i kukurydzy

Ingredients:

SKŁADNIKI DLA 4 OSÓB

Składniki:

-puszka tuńczyka w sosie własnym
-1 puszka kukurydzy
-1 pęczęk koperku
-2 średnie ogórki kwaszone
-majonez
-sól
-pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Tuńczyka odcedzić (odlać wodę) to samo zrobić z kukurydzą. Ogórki pokroić w drobną kosteczkę, koperek drobniutko posiekać.

Odcedzonego tuńczyka rozdrobnić widelcem, dodać kukurydzę, pokrojone ogórki i koperek. Doprawić solą i pieprzem. Dodać majonez nie zaduzo byle tylko połaczył składniki. Odstawić na godzinę do lodówki.

Zamiast samego majonezu można uzyć jogurtu naturalnego 150ml i dwie łyzeczki majonezu.Razem wymieszać i zalać składniki.

Aby koperek dobrze był rozprowadzony dodaje go poksiekanego do majonezu mieszam razem z solą i pieprzem i dopiero wtedy wlewam do pozostałych składników.

Sałatk naprawdę pyszna. Mniam,Mniam.

Sałatka smaczna i szybka. I tak sobie myślę, że to świetna baza wyjściowa do różnych kombinacji, już planuję wersję z jajkiem i żółtym serem.
