Ingredients:

1/2 puszki groszku konserwowego
1/2 puszki kukurydzy
1-2 marchwie
2 łyżki posiekanego pora
3 łyżki śmietany
4 łyżki majonezu
2 łyżeczki żelatyny
2 jajka
sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Jajka ugotować na twardo, obrać i przekroić na połowy. Marchew ugotować, obrać i pokroić w kostkę. Kukurydzę i groszek osączyć z zalewy. Przygotowane składniki oprócz jajek połączyć. Doprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem. Można dodać musztardę. Żelatynę rozpuścić w niewielkiej ilości wody. Majonez i śmietanę wymieszać. Dodać przestygniętą żelatynę. Majonez dodać do warzyw. Trochę zostawić do posmarowania wierzchu. Sałatkę nakładać do przygotowanych pojemników. Wierzch zasmarować zostawionym majonezem. W każdy pojemni wcisnąć połówki jajek. Dowolnie udekorować. Odstawić do schłodzenia.

Bardzo smaczne, w zeszłym roku zrobiłam na Wielkanoc, ale nie wiem dlaczego nie dodałam opinii.Jak znajdę fotke to wstawię.Polecam :)
