Ja tez robie taki ser, ale zostawiam go na dluzej zasypanego soda np. na cala noc. Pod wplywem sody twarog ladnie sie rozpusci. Uwielbiam taki cieply na swieze pieczywo. Polecam ten przepis!

JA też lubię smażony ser, ale bez żadnych dodatków, ot po prostu usmażony w sosie własnym, pycha.
