Ingredients:

paczka biszkoptów

2 serki mascarpone - 500g (łącznie)

1 duża śmietana 30% - 400g

30-35dag świeżych malin

1/2 szkl. cukru pudru

3 łyżki żelatyny

2 galaretki malinowe

Prepare instructions:

Pyszny, kremowy sernik na zimno, idealny w upalne dni, a że sezon malinowy to koniecznie trzeba go zrobić.

Biszkopty nasączyć w ponczu (woda +cytryna), poukładać na dnie tortownicy (śr. 24cm.)

Maliny zmiksować na mus.

Kremówkę ubić, dodać serek, cukier, mus z malin, wszystko zmiksować.

Żelatynęrozpuścićw 1/2 szkl. gorącej wody.

Lekko ciepłą wylać do masy i wymieszać.

Masę przełożyć do foremki i schłodzić.

Galaretki rozpuścić w 3 szkl. gorącej wody i letnie wylać delikatnie łyżkąna masę.

Witam Cię Magdo, mam pytanko odnośnie senika maliny miksujesz czy przecierasz ja zawsze perzecieram mam wrazenie że po zmiksowaniu będą gorzkie.

Duża śmietana tzn ile gramów u nas są tylko małe 200g

I jeszcze jedno 2 serki po 500g czy czy w sumie 500g
