Zrobiłam już kiedyś sernik..wyszedł pyszny tyle że bardzo wilgny i biszkopty się rozwalają przez co ciasto nie da się normalnie w kawałku pokroić, gdy chciałam podać znajomym kawałek ciasta wyglądało to jak jakaś katastrofa...rozleciane na talerzu, zero efektu ogólnie biorąc pod uwagę wszystko bylo by ok gdyby się nie rozwalało.

andunia5 ja robiłam ten sernik  wielokrotnie i był na tyle zwarty, że ładnie się kroił. Jeśli jednak twój sernik wychodzi zbyt miękki, radzę dodać do masy 1 łyżke żelatyny więcej, a przed podaniem mocno go schłodzić. Mam nadzieję, że następnym razem wszystko się uda:) Pozdrawiam!
