1kg twarogu
2 kos palmy
6jaj
4łyżki żelatyny
2galaretki
2szk cukru
1szk mleka

Prepare instructions:

palmę utrzeć z cukrem na puszystą masę.
żelatynę zalac 1szkl wody.
białka ubić na pianę
ser przekręcić przez maszynkę
palme z cukrem ucierać na przemian z serem ,żółtkami i pianą z białek.
zagotować mleko wlać do żelatyny i rozmieszać
masę można podzieli na trzy części i pojedyńczo wlewać do formy i po zastygnięciu polewać galaretką i tak na przemian , ale ja tak nie robię. ja wylewam całość do wysmarowanej tortownicy i po zastygnięciu polewam galaretką . jest to przepis na dużą tortownicę. przeważnie robię z połowy porcji.

mała podpowiedź jeżeli ktoś chce dzielić na trzy mase serową i pojedyńczo chce ją wlewać to wtedy trzeba żelatynę z mlekiem też podzielić na trzy i do każdej porcji osobno wlewac.

żelatynę z mlekiem do masy serowej wlewamy przestudzoną.
