Masa serwa:
1 kg. mielonego sera 1/2 szkl. oleju 2 nie pelne szkl. mleka 1 1/2 szkl.cukru 1 budyn waniliowy 4 zóltka bakalie
CIASTO :
10 dkg.cukru 30 dkg. maki 2 zóltka, 1 jajko 1 lyzeczka pr.do pieczenia 15 dkg. margaryny
PIANA
(z bialek które zostaly) 1/2 szkl.cukru wiórki kokosu - garsc cukrowa posypka owocowa

Prepare instructions:

ser,olej,mleko,cukier,budyn (z torebki),zóltka - miksujemy na jednolita mase,na koniec dodajemy bakalie. CIASTO - zagniatamy Blache wysmarowac i wysypac bulka tarta,wykladamy ciastem -spod i boki wysoko, zalewamy serem. Pieczemy 50 minut w temp 180 stop.C Podkoniec jak ciasto jest w piecu, Z bialek które zostaly ubijamy piane na sztywno dodajemy 1/2 szkl. cukru pudru miksujemy na wolnych obrotach. Wyciagamy upieczone ciasto i wykladamy na nie piane z bialek, posypujemy kokosem.Pieczemy jeszcze 10 minut. Po upieczeniu mozna posypac posypka owocowa(wiórki cukiereczki). SMACZNEGO
